Returns:

14-day return/ store credit for any items other than skin products.

*Custom/ personalized items are considered all sales final. -If there are any issues with the product, I will do my best to make it right. *Please note* all custom designs are subject to customer approval before being applied to the item.

Shipping:

Once an item is shipped, it is out of my hands! I package the item with safety in mind for transit, I cannot be held responsible for any problems after the item is shipped. If this is a concern, I’d be happy to arrange insurance on your package for an additional fee. Please contact me if you would like to arrange extra insurance for your purchase.

Your item will be shipped within 5-7 business days following your order, (excluding holidays) unless otherwise specified.

Turnaround times are different with some items, it will be specified on the item page if it will take longer than the normal 5-7 business days.

Skin Products:

Returns are not accepted for skin products at this time. but please contact me if you have any issues with your order.

MMC’s Products have not been reviewed by the FDA. These products or statements made in any written material, electronic or otherwise, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. People can be allergic to many different ingredients used in the manufacture of both all-natural and synthetic cosmetics.

We recommend that you patch test (apply a small amount of the new product to clean skin on the inside of your elbow or wrist. Cover with a bandage and leave for 24 hours.) If a rash or redness appears or if any adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately. All products are for external use only. No medical claims implied on our website or product descriptions are intended to be used to self-diagnose or treat any condition. If any of our products get into your eyes, flush with water immediately. If any irritation occurs, consult a physician immediately.

Please note that due to the handmade and natural nature of MCC’s products you may find variations in color, and aroma from batch to batch.

Shelf Life: While all our products are tested to ensure freshness, we cannot guarantee the freshness and effectiveness of any products kept after the recommended 6-10 months (or date noted on product details.) We also recommended storing our products in a cool location away from direct sunlight to maintain freshness and effectiveness.

Allergies: Just because we use natural ingredients doesn’t diminish the chances of your skin having an allergic reaction. Please be sure to check if you have any known sensitivities to cosmetic ingredients and/or essential oils. MCC recommends doing a patch test prior to using a product. MCC lists ingredients on each package and cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions to our products. Should you have any ingredients questions please feel free to contact us.

Pregnant or Nursing Women and use on babies is not recommended until the ingredient list is reviewed and you have consulted with your physician.
